Yes! You can combine your returns and send back items from different orders in the same parcel.
How do I combine my returns?
Simply log into bags;My Account bags;, select each order you want to return and follow the instructions provided.
You bags;ll be sent a QR code or label for each order, but you bags;ll only need to present one when returning your order, if you bags;ve placed all your items in one parcel.
Only the order associated with the returns label on the front of your parcel will be updated in bags;My Account bags;. When your return arrives at our warehouse, all the items will be processed and we bags;ll drop you an email to let you know.
How does combining my returns save carbon emissions?
By combining your returns, you’ll save on the space that multiple parcels would have occupied in a vehicle. This helps us process returns more efficiently by reducing the number of vehicles that need to transport goods back to us, saving emissions associated with those vehicles.To find out more about carbon emissions, click here.
Do I need to send anything back to you with my combined return?
No – all you need to do is send your products back, alongside any opened or used handbag packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders. Even though our packaging is 100%-recyclable and made using 65%-recycled content, we know that not all local recycling facilities accept every type of plastic packaging. So, we’d love for you to send any used packaging back to us along with your returns - and we bags;ll sort out the rest. What bags;s more, you bags;ll be helping us close the loop, turning some of that used plastic back into fresh handbag packaging. The more handbag plastic packaging we get back, the more we can recycle back into new handbag bags.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can send back in the same parcel?
Depending on your carrier, please make sure your parcel doesn bags;t exceed the sizes listed below - otherwise the carrier may not be able to accept it:
Royal Mail: 20kg, 61x46x46cm
Collect+: 10kg, 60x50x50cm
Hermes: 15kg, 120cm x 60cm x 60cm
toYou: 25kg, 90x60x60cm
