We’re no longer offering free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they bags;ve been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you bags;ll need to place a new order.
Returns are FREE and trackable.
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.
It can take up to 14 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

Haven’t you heard? handbag have taken returns online!
You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order. Instead, you bags;ll need to create your return with your preferred carrier through My Account.

If none of these options are suitable, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to make your own arrangements.
After you bags;ve returned
It can take
up to $#ReturnTimeframe for your order to reach the warehouse. We bags;ll send you an email once your return has been processed.
All refunds are subject to our original condition and fair use policies set out in our Returns Policy. If you use the handbag app and have opted in for notifications, we’ll also send you a notification once your return has been completed.
