Our new magazine pouch adapts our tried and true design to fit various magazines for modern bolt-action rifles. We make two versions:
• Steyr Mannlicher Scout Rifle 10-round magazines (also fits Steyr SBS and SSG08 mags)
• AICS-pattern 10-round magazines (steel or polymer) to fit the Ruger Gunsite Scout and numerous custom rifles including those fitted with the AICS (Accuracy International Chassis System). Fits .308 and similar caliber mags; does not fit .338 Lapua length magazines.
A Wilderness signature wraparound belt loop allows this carrier to be put on and removed without taking your belt off. Will carry the magazine with bullets-forward or bullets-rearward orientation so it's ambidextrous and allows for personal preference. Quick-detachability and good concealability make these pouches especially suitable for teams requiring a low-profile, concealable option in public or clandestine non-permissive environments. Fits up to 1-3/4" width belts.
Differing from our other mag pouches, this version utilizes a wide retention strap secures the magazine in place with hook and loop fasteners. The body is reinforced with a polymer liner to help hold its shape and padded with closed-cell foam.
Foam sizing spacers are available to allow the shorter 5-round magazines to fit.
Fits A.I. AICS mags with single column feed; NOT COMPATIBLE with A.I. AW double-column feed magazines.
