When will you ship my order?
We understand you want to enjoy your wholesale bag order as soon as possible for your promotional event or individual use, and we work hard to make this happen. If your order is received before 1:00 pm PST, we will ship it that same business day. If your order is placed later then 1:00pm PST, your order will be shipped that following business day. Keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.
Customization orders (Orders with your logo): We will do our best to ship your customization orders in 3 business days after your approval of digital proof (mock-up). But please keep in mind some orders might take up to 10 business days, especially if it is a large order or a peak season.
You may experience an order processing delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. If a problem occurs that causes issues and delays for shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Have you placed an order for an upcoming event, and want your order to be shipped ASAP? Give us a call, and we will be happy to assist you by making special arrangements for expedited shipping.
When will I receive my order?

*Transit time is 3 to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico
What are your shipping rates?
We don’t just offer quality items for cheap wholesale prices, we offer great shipping rates as well.
If your order is under $200.00, we will ship to anywhere* in the U.S. for the flat rate of $9.95. If your order is over $200.00 (before tax), you will enjoy free shipping**, which will be automatically be applied during the checkout process for your convenience.
*Please note that free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
*All international shipments outside the United States (to Canada, Europe, Australia, etc) may be subject to duty, tax, brokerage fees and/or other custom fees. Customers are responsible for any of these fees.
How can i track my shipment?
We will send automatic delivery notifications to your registered email address. We will let you know that your order is; In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Failed delivery attempt or Exceptions.
Also you can input tracking number for tracking or get tracking results in one click at order history page.
Can you ship outside of the U.S.?
We ship to Canada, Most European countries and Australia.
*International customers are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office and shipping company (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes are typically collected by the delivery/shipping company or when you pick the item up at your local shipping center. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
