Step 1. Design and discuss

Step 2. Quotes
It is very important that your pricing is affordable to consumers and you are profitable, so you need to understand the budget before project officially started. No worries, we will share the costs breakdown for your information before production started.
Step 3. Payment
After you approved the cost we will issue a Proforma Invoice for your payment arrangement, we are flexible with T/T and L/C.
Step 4. Sampling / Pre-production sample
After receiving your payment, our production team will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation, which takes approximately 2 weeks. If we are working as new development, this will take longer time to complete. We shall let you know the timing before you wire the payment.
Step 5. Sample evaluation and comment back
When you received the sample parcel please kindly check the sample and let us know your comments, this will be set as standard for our bulk production.
Step 6. Bulk production
Till now, we will gather the material and organized production team for bulk manufacturing.
Step 7. Quality inspection
Our QC team will inspect the raw material before we cutting, and random inspection during daily jobs and fully inspection to each unit product before handover.
Step 8. Packaging and shipment
To avoid dents, scratches, moisture may appeared from time consuming shipping, we always carefully pack the bags with excellent protector.
